CT Series Round Cooling Tower Performance and Characteristics

CT series cooling tower has three types,namely standard type,low- noise type and super-low-noise type respectively.Every type is divided into several dozens of specifications,which may satisfy different water volume and different utilization requirements by customers.
Structure Characteristics:
CT series filtering is pressed by modified PVC(polyvinyl chloride) in heat into trapezium wavy type;CT series is equipped with low-speed twisted space front-style wind machine(advantage:at the change of seasons,the installation angle of blades of the wind machine may be changed and the wind volume and pressure may be adjusted to achieve energy saving performance).The blades are calibrated evenly and the balanced accuracy reaches ISO-2.5.
Tower body structure and performance
Xucai water tower body is made of quality fiberglass reinforced plastics,the rubber coating surface of which is made of imported raw materials,whih is even in color and will not fade or degrade easily.All structure parts made of steel are processed in hot-galvanizing.Injected molded parts are use widely for they are erosion-poof,high intensity,light in weight and easy to attach.
Xucai CT series cooling tower has a successful water floating control,which renders a loss less than 0.001% and the measures are as follows:
1.use low-speed wind machine to avoid too much water spray in the air.
2.use water-proof sleeves on the water distribution pipes to collect spilled water.
3.the ground frame is larger than enclosure diameter and equipped with PVC shutters to avoid water spilling out of tower.
Low-noise control principle:lowering noise from the sound source.The special power machine of full closed automatic cooling type low-noise cooling tower is adopted.Such power machine is good at water-proof performance,low in noise and may suffice cooling tower conditions and special requirements for power machines.
